Through creative initiatives such as book clubs, library installations, reading festivals, and school-based programs, we bring the joy of reading closer to thousands of young minds.

**Internship Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented **Research Intern** to support our team in identifying and expanding our outreach opportunities. The role involves structured research around **book clubs**, **Himalayan schools**, Sponsors, IRO, RD etc.. and other educational institutions that align with our mission to foster a reading culture in every corner of the country.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct targeted research on schools, NGOs, and community spaces in remote and Himalayan regions
- Create and maintain a database of potential partner institutions for book clubs and reading programs
- Explore trends in literacy, age-appropriate content, and value-based education models
- Assist in identifying regional reading gaps and opportunities for intervention
- Support the outreach team with relevant insights, leads, and background data for program planning
- Contribute to internal documentation, reports, and knowledge-building

**Who Can Apply**:

- Students or recent graduates interested in education, child development, public policy, or social impact
- Strong research and internet navigation skills
- Good written communication and organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
