About the Internship:
We are looking for young and dynamic Market Research Analyst Interns to perform internet-based primary and secondary research to identify key prospective customer accounts, their companies, their challenges, solutions that can be offered, competitor analysis, and digital initiatives in their roadmap.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare consolidated Customer Databases using tools like Inside View, Zoom Info, D&B, Linkedin, and other forms of internet-based research, categorized under industry segments and the size of the company in terms of revenue.
- Collect data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ interests in areas of Digital Transformation.
- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis on identified key accounts using primary and secondary research.
- Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
- Use online market research and catalog findings to databases
- Work with the Sales team and the Management to identify key opportunities for a prospective account and create the right messaging research to generate interest
- Remain fully informed on technology market trends, and other parties' research, and implement best practices
- **Requirements**:

- Should be willing to come to the office
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
- Search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
- Familiarity with CRM programs
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Is available for a period of 8-12 weeks
- Should have a working laptop with an internet connection and a mobile device
