**Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with a friendly attitude.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- **Client Assistance**:

- Provide information about services, schedules, and office policies.
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Address client inquiries or concerns and escalate them when necessary.
- **Scheduling and Appointments**:

- Schedule client appointments and manage the office calendar.
- Send reminders and confirmations for upcoming appointments.
- Coordinate scheduling changes with therapists and clients.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain client records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist with billing, payments, and receipts as needed.
- **Office Coordination**:

- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Support office events, meetings, and team activities.
- Assist with general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between clients and office staff.
- Handle urgent or sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or customer service are a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
