We are looking for a **Digital Marketing Expert** to lead our online presence through effective content creation, SEO, SMM, and data-driven paid campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation**:

- Develop and implement engaging content strategies across all digital platforms.
- Create compelling posts, reels, blogs, and ad copies aligned with brand goals.

**Social Media Management (SMM)**:

- Manage and grow brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns.
- Engage with the audience to boost reach, followers, and conversions.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Optimize website content for improved organic visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, backlinking, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics.

**Paid Campaigns (PPC)**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Manage budgets, A/B testing, targeting, and ROI tracking.

**Data & Analytics**:

- Track performance metrics across all channels using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Insights.
- Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

**Strategy & Innovation**:

- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools.
- Suggest and implement creative marketing strategies to maximize reach and ROI.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or similar roles.
- Proficiency with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and campaign optimization.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
