We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join the design team in the founding stage. As a member of the founding team, you will be responsible for expanding and evolving the product at its very early stages. You will have a massive impact over how the product shapes out to be and will be working with the founders directly to shape the experience of the product from the ground up.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive UX and Design enhancements in the core product based on business requirements
- Assist with designs for company website for marketing
- Build quick prototypes that can be presented as a product pitch
- Conduct competitive and user research to scope out solution space for product design
- Evaluate final product delivered by engineering in terms of UX impact
- Create a base for the design team to build upon in future

**Requirements**:

- **Curiosity**: You love exploring new and existing paradigms to add to your repertoire of ideas and solutions. You are exceptionally curious about technology, design, product and people. You never feel done learning your craft.
- **Delight & Empathy**: You have empathy for customers and their journey. You deeply understand how customers think. You can accurately predict how changes will make them feel. You enjoy creating delight.
- Good knowledge and understanding of design principles, interaction design standards and UI patterns for web and mobile

**Bonus**
- Experience working with Webflow.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like React, Ant-design System etc.
