**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Meal Preparation**:

- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as per the preferences and dietary requirements of the household.
- Create weekly or monthly menus, considering nutritional needs, special diets, and preferences (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, low-sodium).
- Ensure meals are made from fresh ingredients and in a timely manner.
- **Grocery Shopping & Inventory Management**:

- Plan and organize grocery shopping based on meal plans.
- Maintain an inventory of kitchen supplies and ensure all necessary ingredients are stocked.
- Ensure all kitchen items are fresh and safe to consume, discarding expired items.
- **Kitchen Management**:

- Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including cleaning after each meal.
- Follow all hygiene and food safety standards to ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas are sanitized.
- Manage kitchen equipment and tools, ensuring they are maintained and in good working condition.
- **Special Requests & Occasions**:

- Prepare special meals for events, gatherings, or celebrations when needed.
- Accommodate dietary restrictions or specific food requests as required.
- **Meal Presentation**:

- Ensure meals are presented attractively, paying attention to details for an enjoyable dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a personal cook or chef, with a portfolio of meal preparation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Ability to follow recipes and create custom meal plans.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and special requests.
- Ability to work with a variety of cuisines and dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal culinary training is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in a private household or for families.
- Certification in food handling and safety.
- Ability to multitask and handle busy meal preparation schedules.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
