We’re now hiring an **IT Project Manager** who can lead cross-functional teams, manage parallel product builds, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

**Role Overview**

As the **IT Project Manager**, you’ll take ownership of project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, product, and founders to deliver MVPs, sprints, and full-scale rollouts — with speed and clarity.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute multiple tech/product projects simultaneously
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Drive Agile/Scrum-based sprints: standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming
- Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and product owners
- Track project health using tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Notion
- Identify and resolve blockers, manage risk, and ensure velocity
- Provide regular updates to leadership and maintain clear documentation

**Requirements**:

- **4+ years of experience** in IT / software project management
- Strong understanding of **SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices**:

- Hands-on with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills
- Proven ability to handle cross-functional teams and deadline-driven execution
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field

**Nice to Have**
- Certification in PMP, CSM, or Agile methodologies
- Experience in AI, SaaS, or digital product startups
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD workflows, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
