**Job Purpose**:
To manage the end to end operations of all online platforms from online channel partners and various digital assets like mobile apps. The job is also required to manage the New Fund offer as well as the Fixed Maturity Plan allotment process which includes handling the end to end process of managing the allotment of units, MIS handling, Customer communication, coordinating for deployment of funds and adhering to the regulatory requirement.

Handling of Exceptional scenarios.
High level of dependency on technology and vendors.
Allotment of units, communication investors and refunds within 5 business days of the closure of the scheme
Multiple channels sometimes have varying processes at their end(190 Channel Partners)

- Implementing and monitoring of Online Transactions
- Ensure that implementation is functioning in the desired fashion
Monitoring transactions across various platforms for accuracy and timeliness
- KRA2
- Manage end to end process for New Fund Offer & Fixed Maturity plans.
- Complete all formalities of pre NFO activities including tie up with bankers in coordination with Banking team or opening of new bank accounts and instructions to branches/CAMS
Allotment of units to be done within agreed timelines after proper reconciliation
Providing the New Scheme Report to Compliance for Regulatory filing.

- Adherence to Regulatory requirements
- Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met for:
Allotment of Units in NFOs
Payment of Dividends
NAV applicability

- Managing daily digital transactions

Liaising with CAMS to close pending transactions, DC rejection cases, pending transactions and not in good order transactions.
Utilization of funds on a daily basis for digital transactions.
Liaising with CDSL and NSDL for timely corporate action
Monitoring reconciliation of digital transactions and ensuring NIL unreconciled credits.
Reviewing unposted and rejected transactions for any gaps.
Monitoring Insta redemption as a process
Monitoring balances for Insta redemption and IMPS account. Monitoring channel and exchange transactions.

- Vendor Management
- To coordinate with multiple vendors like Bill Desk, CAMS, Tech process
Ensure Vendors adhere to the laid down SLA
Ensuring all customer issues are resolved in a timely fashion and to the satisfaction of the customer

- To support the building and implementation of new online and digital processes
Ensuring that the implementation is carried out properly
Tracking the transaction to ensure expected behaviour

- Managing digital developments at AMC / CAMs / exchanges etc
- To ensure that proper communication flows to all channel partners, digital assets, exchanges and MFU whenever new regulations or processes are issued.
Monitoring digital transactions for accuracy and any gaps.
Monitoring ongoing digital transactions and digital services.
To ensure all transactions wrt demat and exchange are processed accurately. Corporate action process to be monitored
Handling ETF transactions.
Liaising with It team for any developmental needs or any queries.

Carrying out RCA for any query in case of any trend found.
