**Position Summary**:
The Lab Technician is responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of results. This role involves operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, following standardized protocols, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sample Processing & Testing**:

- Collect, process, and analyze samples in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
- **Equipment Operation & Maintenance**:

- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Record and document test results accurately, ensuring data integrity.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to the laboratory supervisor or manager as required.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Adhere to all laboratory safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of biohazardous and chemical waste.
- **Laboratory Management**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the laboratory.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking laboratory supplies and reagents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tests.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education & Certification**:

- A minimum of an Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
