The Academic Counsellor for Skill-Oriented Courses is responsible for guiding students and prospective learners in selecting, enrolling, and succeeding in skill-based programs. The counsellor will provide academic advice, career guidance, and personalized support to ensure students are aligned with their professional goals and skill development pathways.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Advising**:

- Provide personalized academic and career counselling to students interested in skill-oriented courses.
- Assess students' educational backgrounds, skills, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
- Assist students in developing educational plans that align with their career aspirations.
- **Course Promotion and Enrollment**:

- Conduct informational sessions, workshops, and presentations to promote skill-oriented courses.
- Respond to inquiries from students and parents about program details, admission requirements, and career outcomes.
- **Academic Support**:

- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing support to help them achieve academic success.
- Identify and address academic challenges and obstacles faced by students.
- Organize and coordinate skill development workshops, seminars, and additional learning opportunities.
- **Career Guidance**:

- Offer career counselling services, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and job market demands related to skill-oriented courses.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals and employers to facilitate student placements and internships.
- **Administration and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, advising sessions, and progress reports.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on counselling activities, student progress, and program outcomes.
- Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and other staff to enhance the overall student experience.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay informed about the latest developments in education, counselling techniques, and industry trends.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and training programs

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- Education administration: 1 year (preferred)
