**Responsibilities-**
- Developing financial strategies by forecasting capital, identifying monetary resources, and developing action plans.
- Developing tax strategies to optimize tax obligations and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Collaborating with internal and external auditors during financial and tax audits
- Providing guidance and support to junior tax staff and assisting in their professional development
- Manage and coordinate tax audits.
- Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits.
- Monitoring and managing financial performance of the organization, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
- Ensuring that the company’s financial reports comply with regulations and laws
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
- Providing regular direction, performance analysis and management to the finance and accounting team
- Identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities for the company
- Overseeing the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
- Developing and implementing operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies
**Required skills and qualifications**
- Five or more years of experience in such a roles
- Master’s degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance
- Excellent personal integrity
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
- Working knowledge of how to raise capital outside traditional lines of credit
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
