We’re big on video content. From podcasts to client case studies to exciting brand campaigns, we’re doing it all. We’re looking for someone who is a creative powerhouse with a knack for storytelling and a deep understanding of video production.

You should know what works on **LinkedIn and YouTube**, how algorithms operate, and how to craft videos that grab attention. You can seamlessly switch between **B2B professional edits** and **B2C-friendly storytelling**. You’re proficient in using **AI** to speed up work and improve quality.

Finally, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines isn’t optional—it’s second nature.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the entire video production stack—from **shooting** to **production** to **editing**:

- Shoot and edit our podcast episodes to deliver high-quality content
- Click high-quality photos for content, case studies, client profiles, etc.
- Create customer-centric content, including case studies and testimonials
- Use motion graphics and animations to create product videos
- Develop creative storyboards and ideate new video concepts
- Leverage AI tools to speed up editing workflows without compromising quality
- Ensure all videos are optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Balance speed and quality—fast edits without losing creative finesse
- Manage and maintain a tracker for requests, timelines, etc.

**What You Bring**
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in video production and editing
- Strong understanding of video content strategies and trends for social media
- Familiarity with AI tools that enhance video production efficiency
- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, (or similar)
- Expertise in motion graphics and animation
- A keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and creative execution
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and maintain a fast-paced editing workflow
