We are looking for a passionate and creative Female **Video Editor** to join me on a unique entrepreneurial journey as I travel across India, building my food and spice export business. Your job is not just to edit videos, but to capture the heart of this adventure—showcasing the challenges, triumphs, and behind-the-scenes moments of building a global brand.

As an **IIT Bombay Computer Science graduate** and an **Artificial Intelligence Engineer** who has worked at Unicorn companies, I’m bringing cutting-edge AI techniques to streamline and grow my business. If you join this journey, not only will you be documenting the adventure, but you’ll also gain invaluable insights into **how** **AI can be harnessed** to automate day-to-day business activities—from operations to marketing to video editing and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Document Travel & Business**: Follow me across India as we visit farms, meet with suppliers, attend trade fairs, and experience local cultures.
- **Capture Authentic Moments**: Film interactions, day-to-day activities, and unique experiences that highlight the journey of building an international spice export business.
- **Edit Engaging Videos**: Turn raw footage into compelling short-form and long-form content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- **Creative Storytelling**: Craft narratives that showcase the entrepreneurial hustle, the beauty of Indian spices, and the challenges of starting a business.
- **Social Media-Ready Content**: Edit videos that are optimized for various social platforms—ensuring each video is engaging, shareable, and tells a story.
- **Learn AI Applications**: Gain hands-on exposure to AI tools and techniques used in growing a business, marketing strategies, and content optimization.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in Video Editing Software**: (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, etc.)
- **Experience in On-the-Go Filming**: Comfortable with dynamic filming environments and travel vlogs.
- **Strong Storytelling Ability**: Can bring out the essence of the journey and translate it into a visual narrative.
- **Creative Mindset**: Able to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- **Adaptable & Flexible**: Willingness to travel extensively and handle unexpected changes.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to collaborate and understand the vision of the journey.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
