**Job Description - Video Editor**

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, ensuring high production quality.
- Add effects, transitions, motion graphics, and audio enhancements to improve video appeal.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Optimize videos for YouTube, social media, and web platforms.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, tone, and style.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and content creation tools.

**Qualifications -**
- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Skills in audio editing, color grading, and motion graphics.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- (preferred) Experience in NGO, educational, or awareness-driven video production.
