- Conducting F2F and Virtual Interviews for multiple Tech and Non Tech Profiles.
- End to End Requirement.
- Preparation of Job Description are per the Hiring requirement.
- Coordination with the internal Team for Interview process.
- Working closely with department heads and supervisors in hiring new employees.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- Minimum of 1+ years experience in recruiting.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
