**ob Title**: Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Mapping Process

**Location**: Hyderabad
**Work Days**: 5 Days a Week
**Joining**: Immediate Joiners Preferred
**Education**: Graduation Mandatory

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact for process-related queries in the mapping domain
- Review and validate geographical and spatial data for accuracy and quality
- Provide expertise and support to the operations team on tools, workflow, and process guidelines
- Collaborate with the quality and training teams to improve overall performance
- Analyze recurring issues and work with relevant teams to implement process fixes
- Support new hire training and knowledge management initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Graduation is **mandatory**:

- 1-3 years of experience in digital mapping, GIS, or a similar process
- Prior experience as an SME or quality coach is preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in mapping tools or platforms (e.g., Google Maps, GIS tools)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
