Manage and Run CLM campaigns accross cohorts and properties identified

Consistent work on Improving the effectiveness of campaigns

Reporting of Campiagns efficeincy and effectivenes with impacted funnels from multiple tools

Driving automated campaigns from CT with automated journeys basis user behaviour
- Own the monitoring and tracking of metrics useful for performance analyses of campaigns
- Set up and run experiments on campaigns
- Streamline operations for reduced errors and increased efficiency
- Run root cause analyses and narrow down the cause(s) in cases of deviations from expected

campaign behavior

**Requirements**:
1. 3+ years of experience as a Growth Ops, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.

2. Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, prioritize tasks, and

track progress.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business problems and

translate them into technical requirements.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

and stakeholders.

5. Experience in Stock market industry is a plus
