**Purpose**:
**SSA **is responsible for connecting with potential students for generating maximum footfalls in the centers

**Performance Metrics**:

- Completing daily target of calls
- Handling Telephonic enquiries and converting them into walk ins
- Follow up in optimum TAT

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling enquiries and converting them to admissions
- Follow up calls for payments from students as per the due date
- Achievement of the individual and center target

**Profile**:

- Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
- Should be fluent in English, Local language knowledge preferred but not mandatory
- Clear diction and clarity in speech
- Good at computers
- Experience in Educational Counselling is preferred (People with call center background preferred)
- Should be a team player

Mon to Sat working - 9:30 - 6:30 pm or 10-7pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
