Purpose: SSA is responsible for connecting with potential students for generating maximum footfalls in the centers Performance Metrics: - Completing daily target of calls (minimum 200 - inbound & outbound) - Handling Telephonic enquiries and converting them into walk ins - Follow up in optimum TAT Key Responsibilities: - mails/phones) - Handling enquiries and converting them to admissions - Follow up calls for payments from students as per the due date - Achievement of the individual and centre target **Profile**: - Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power - Should be fluent in English, Local language knowledge preferred but not mandatory - Clear diction and clarity in speech - Good at computers - Experience in Educational Counselling is preferred (People with call center background preferred) - Should be a team player **Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred)
