We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

**Must have Skills**:

- Change Manager at Noida/Bangalore location
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred in the stream of computer science/IT)
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principals, ITIL Certified preferred
- 7 - 9 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 5+ years' experience and a working knowledge of Infrastructure Change Management - Familiarity working with ITIL, Six Sigma or other process methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Products/Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Acces5, Visio)
- Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and the ability to work effectively with business partners, IT Leadership and Staff.
- Implementation of the complete Change Management process/workflow with the assistance of Service Now developers and creating process standards and controls to drive the periodic and emergency change management activities.
- Daily duties include reviewing and approving changes, performing quality checks on change records, risk assessments, creating, and maintaining reporting of the process and being able to conceive and work with the business to implement process improvements and/or modify process or sub processes.
- Act as the point of contact for escalations within the Change Management Team and from support groups and internal businesses during the planning, scheduling, and approval of Infrastructure Changes.
- Management and support of Infrastructure related change management with emphasis on metric and numeric analysis and reporting of overall Infrastructure Change Management activities.
- Updates/writes documentation and procedures and provides related training to the Tower Leads & Client stakeholders.
- Analyses performance trends and recommends process improvements. Assesses changes for risk to production systems and assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met.
- Works closely with internal service groups in creating change records or other types of support records which might be required in the entire change management lifecycle (Implementation of Critical CIs, defining service owners etc.)
