We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

**Expectations
- Proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering work for assigned scrum team(s)/project team(s) and all dependent teams.- Responsible of project from inception to completion (including kick off, capacity planning, dependency management and execution) for up to 2-3 teams.- Fully understand current team's product feature, technology stack, architecture. Establish technical credibility to drive constructive discussions with the engineering teams.- Perform existing organization processes (adherence to SDLC processes, compliance, legal requirements).- Familiarity with current standard workflow management tools (Jira, Confluence etc).- Strong planning, organization, and disciplined execution skills.- Diligence in execution and management of regular agile routines- Strong verbal and written communication - stakeholders communication, status reporting.- Be curious to identify opportunities every day and everywhere, find root cause and provide solutions, identify automation opportunities, and optimize processes.**Qualification**
- 5 years of experience, with a software engineering background- Prior experience in software developing, project/scrum management and shipping software to production
- ETL Development exp is must
- Experience in working in an agile operating model, with working knowledge of agile tools (Jira/Rally)- Analytical Systems thinking skills**About NTT DATA Services**
