**Job Title: Purchase Executive**

Salary Range**:15,000 to 22,000 INR per month**

As a Purchase Executive, your primary responsibility will be to assist in sourcing, purchasing, and procuring goods and services required by the organization. You will work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing, ensure timely delivery, and maintain inventory levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of purchases, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise during the procurement process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Source suppliers and obtain quotations for required goods and services.

2. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.

3. Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

4. Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to avoid stockouts.

5. Maintain accurate records of purchases, including pricing, delivery dates, and supplier information.

6. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill their procurement needs.

7. Resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers regarding quality, delivery, or pricing.

8. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
