**We are Hiring for our client Company Plywood/laminates Industry.**

**Position - Sales Executive**
- Must be having experience in plywood industry.
- Must be having experience in project
- Meeting /maintaining relationship with architect ,Contractors, builders, developers, OEMs Govt and institutions etc
- Introduce new clients and regular field visits to potential customers for business growth
- Comfortable and willing to travel pan India
- Achieve target
- In charge for the project segment for the areas of assigned
- Achieve monthly / yearly targets set by the management for all products under Company Norms.
- Develop and motivate the retail segment to maximize the reach.
- Make Building Material and household name in the assigned area.
- Coordinate the sale proceeding for optimum service levels.
- Collection of payments.
- Report market activities to the manager as per set format.
- Motivate executives reporting to self.
- To manage and motivate all applicator teams.

**Desired profile**:

- Successful track record in the sales field.
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in preferably from building material/construction/Plywood & Lamination.
- Excellent working knowledge of the mentioned area.
- Knowledge of the construction/ Plywood & Lamination industry will be an added advantage.
- Graduate with any degree with any specialization in marketing.
- Strong aggressive personality
