**Key Responsibilities**:
**Media Relations & Coverage**
- Coordinate with journalists, reporters, and media houses for interviews, press conferences, and coverage.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and statements.
- Maintain and update media contact databases.

**Content & Messaging**
- Develop engaging content for press, social media, and official communications.
- Ensure consistency in campaign messaging across different platforms.
- Collaborate with speechwriters, PR team, and digital strategists.

**Social Media & Digital Outreach**
- Plan, schedule, and monitor posts, videos, and campaign updates.
- Track social media engagement and respond promptly to public queries/comments.

**Event Coordination**
- Support campaign events, rallies, and press briefings by ensuring media presence and coverage.
- Handle live updates, photography, and video documentation for digital use.

**Monitoring & Reporting**
- Monitor media trends, news coverage, and opposition narratives.
- Prepare daily/weekly media reports and suggest communication strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years proven experience in **media, public relations, or campaign communications**.
- Strong understanding of political landscapes and media dynamics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage crises, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹43,090.58 per month
