**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teach Primary Maths Concepts**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive online Maths lessons for classes 1 to 5.
- Teach fundamental math concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, geometry, and basic measurements, ensuring that lessons are developmentally appropriate.
- Use simple and relatable examples to explain concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- **Develop Interactive and Creative Lessons**:

- Prepare creative lesson plans, interactive PowerPoints, educational videos, games, and worksheets.
- Use multimedia resources and online tools to engage students, including online quizzes, virtual whiteboards, and educational apps.
- **Online Classroom Management**:

- Create an engaging, positive, and interactive virtual classroom atmosphere where students are encouraged to participate actively.
- Manage student behavior and classroom routines effectively in the online environment.
- **Assessments and Feedback**:

- Design and administer quizzes, assignments, and worksheets to evaluate students’ understanding of math concepts.
- Provide prompt and constructive feedback to help students improve.
- **Student Progress Monitoring**:

- Track each student’s performance and report progress to both the academic team and parents regularly.
- Offer additional support or remedial sessions to students struggling with concepts.
- **Collaborate with Parents**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and share suggestions for extra-curricular practice.
- Provide resources, tips, and suggestions for reinforcing learning at home.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in workshops, online training, and education-related webinars to enhance online teaching techniques.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in online teaching methodologies and primary education.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or relevant field.
- Specialization in teaching Primary-level Maths is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably with young children in online settings.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.
- Knowledge of virtual tools like Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards, and online assessment tools.
- Ability to create interactive teaching content (PowerPoint, quizzes, videos).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts in a fun and relatable way.
- Creativity and enthusiasm to engage primary-age children through interactive learning.
- Patience, empathy, and strong classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
