Position Overview:
As a Primary Maths Teacher, you play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and fostering a love for mathematics among elementary school students. Your primary responsibility is to design and deliver engaging math lessons tailored to the specific needs and abilities of your students. You will create a supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive maths curriculum aligned with educational standards and school objectives.
- Design lesson plans, activities, and assessments that cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities of primary students.
- Classroom Instruction:

- Deliver interactive and dynamic maths lessons using a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technologies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel empowered to participate and explore mathematical concepts.
- Individualized Support:

- Provide individualized support and guidance to students who require extra assistance in grasping mathematical concepts.
- Offer enrichment activities for high-achieving students to deepen their understanding and challenge their skills.
- Assessment and Feedback:

- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their mathematical abilities and achieve learning objectives.
- Collaboration:

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student learning and development.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in mathematics education.
- Classroom Management:

- Establish and maintain clear expectations for student behavior and academic performance in the classroom.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote a positive and productive learning environment.
- Parent Communication:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns or questions regarding their child's mathematical development.
- Collaborate with parents to support student learning at home and foster a partnership between home and school.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Teaching certification/license in primary education or mathematics education.
- Proven experience teaching primary-level mathematics, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of primary mathematics curriculum frameworks and educational standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring young learners to excel in mathematics.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools and resources to enhance teaching and learning.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning in the field of education.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
