**Job Summary**:
Hardy’s World is looking for a skilled and responsible **Site Foreman** to supervise on-site maintenance, ride repair, and park infrastructure work. The foreman will lead daily tasks, ensure safety, and coordinate the technical team to maintain high standards across the park.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate maintenance, repair, and small construction activities.
- Assign work to technicians and monitor progress throughout the day.
- Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed on site.
- Check quality of work and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Maintain records of daily activities and report to senior management.
- Manage materials, tools, and ensure proper use of equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in site supervision or maintenance-related projects.
- Basic knowledge of rides, mechanical systems, or civil works.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle a team and solve on-site issues quickly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
