**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day construction site activities
- Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure timely task completion
- Read and interpret civil drawings and specifications
- Monitor material usage, inventory, and work quality
- Ensure safety compliance and cleanliness at the site
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation
- Handle basic troubleshooting and on-site decision-making

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in building or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent team management and communication skills
- Familiarity with site safety protocols
- Physically fit and able to work on-site full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
