**Visa Assistant**
**Location**: Edappally, Kochi
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Handle inquiries from clients about visa processing status, documents, and other related concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, procedures, and immigration laws.
- Maintain client records and manage documentation securely.
- Follow up with clients to ensure all required documentation is received and processed.
**Skills Required**:
- **Strong communication skills** in English and other languages (preferably Hindi).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in visa assistance or related roles.
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
