**Visa Application Management**:
- **Client Support and Guidance**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding holiday visa requirements, processes, and documentation.
- Provide clear and accurate advice to clients on visa eligibility, required documents, and processing timelines.
- Assist clients with scheduling visa appointments, biometrics, and other related processes.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Stay updated on visa regulations, requirements, and changes for various countries.
- Verify and validate client documents to ensure compliance with embassy/consulate requirements.
- **Coordination with Stakeholders**:
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing.
- Collaborate with travel agents, tour operators, and other internal teams to provide seamless visa services.
- Work with external vendors or partners, such as visa facilitation agencies, when required.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handle client escalations related to visa delays or rejections with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- **Reporting and Process Improvement**:
- Identify areas for improvement in visa processing workflows and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in visa processing, travel operations, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of tourist visa requirements and processes for popular travel destinations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using visa processing software, Microsoft Office, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.

**Working Conditions**:
- Office-based role with standard working hours.
- May require occasional overtime during peak travel seasons.
- Limited travel may be required for training or meetings with embassies/consulates.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
