**Job Description**:
We are looking for a talented and passionate **3D Animation CGI Artist** with expertise in **Blender** to join our in-house creative team. As a 3D Artist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality animations, CGI assets, and visual effects for various digital media projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, model, texture, rig, animate, and render 3D assets and characters.
- Create realistic and stylized 3D animations for videos, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director, scriptwriters, and video editors to meet project goals.
- Optimize assets and scenes for performance without compromising quality.
- Maintain project timelines and deliver high-quality outputs under deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in 3D animation and CGI.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a 3D animator/CGI artist with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in **Blender** (knowledge of other 3D software is a plus).
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and rendering.
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and timing in animation.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar post-production tools is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Animation, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with a strong portfolio).
- 1-3 years of relevant industry experience (Freshers with outstanding portfolios are welcome to apply).
