VinLeo Animation is looking for a passionate and creative Fresher 3D Animator to join our

growing team. If you have a strong interest in animation, a good understanding of Blender

and Unreal Engine, and a willingness to learn AI-driven animation tools, this is the perfect

You will work closely with senior artists and directors to create high-quality animations for

feature films, short films, and marketing content, while learning the latest industry

workflows, including real-time animation and AI-assisted motion capture.

**Key Responsibilities**:
3D Animation & Motion:

- Create basic character and object animations in Blender & Unreal Engine.
- Work with rigging and animation tools to bring characters to life.
- Learn and experiment with motion capture (MoCap) and AI-assisted animation.

**Software & AI Integration**:

- Use Unreal Engine 5 (Sequencer, Metahumans, Motion Capture) for real-time

animations.
- Work on character animation and environmental interactions in Blender.

**Real-Time & Virtual Production**:

- Assist in real-time animation projects using Unreal Engine.
- Work with Metahumans, Nanite, and Lumen to enhance animation quality.
- Help with previsualization (Previs) and virtual production workflows.

**Collaboration & Learning**:

- Work under senior animators to improve animation quality.
- Follow best practices in animation pipelines and asset optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest AI-driven animation trends.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
Core Software Knowledge:

- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Blender (Rigging, Animation, Grease Pencil).
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5 (Sequencer, Cinematics, Animation Blueprints).
- Interest in learning AI-powered animation tools (RADiCAL, Move.AI, Wonder Studio).

Technical & Creative Skills:

- Strong passion for animation and storytelling.
- Basic understanding of keyframe animation and physics-based motion.
