Process Orders/Return/Claim into a simple e commerce middleware for accurate dispatch and record-keeping. Follow guideline of SOP, reports, receipts, and other forms in a timely and efficient manner. Provide reports to upper management,

Job Duties:

- Process Orders from Chenal into e commerce middleware(Unicommerce) system within specified timeframe.
- Reviews data to ensure accuracy of order Process and prioritizes manifest.
- Ensures confidentiality of information by keeping confidential data private and secure
- Process Reverse return/Claim from Chenal into e commerce middleware (Unicommerce) system within specified timeframe.
- Updates spreadsheets and populating reports for regular review by upper management and senior leadership
- Ensures warehouse goals are met
- Performs other general warehouse duties as needed
- Follows policies and procedures and reports changes necessary to improve systems or reduce costs
- Ability to retrieve information held on computer systems to generate reports

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
