Site Supervisor

**Project Management**:

- Oversee daily operations on construction sites.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Manage site laborers and subcontractors.
- Assign tasks and evaluate performance.
- Educate employees on safety practices and enforce compliance.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor construction processes and work quality.
- Review and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- **Communication**:

- Liaise with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Prepare and submit progress reports.
- Maintain open communication channels with all project stakeholders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
