**Job Description: BD Sales and Marketing Intern (Paid Internship)**
**Position**: BD Sales and Marketing Intern
**Duration**: 6 Months (Full-Time)
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday
**Compensation**: Paid Internship
**Certification**: Certification provided upon successful completion of the internship
**Stipend**: Stipend for this internship ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month, depending on the role and skill-set.

**Eligibility Criteria**:
- **Graduation in Engineering with BBA/MBA will be an added advantage.**:
- **Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.**:
- Strong understanding of **Sales, Marketing, and Business Development concepts and tools.**:
- **Passion for engaging with business clients, identifying their challenges, and providing effective solutions.**:
- **Willingness to travel** for business engagements and a keen ability to conduct **market research, surveys, and analysis.**:
- Clear understanding of **B2B and B2C sales models** with a **hardcore, ground-level sales and business development mindset.**:
- Commitment to a **6-month full-time internship** at our Bengaluru office (Monday to Friday during working hours).
- Paid stipend of ₹12,000 per month.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research and Lead Generation**:
- Conduct research to identify potential markets, customers, and business opportunities.
- Assist in generating leads through digital platforms, events, and networking activities.
- **Brand Promotion and Marketing Campaigns**:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility for Freshot Robotics.
- Assist in creating marketing content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Support the sales team by scheduling meetings and follow-ups with potential clients.
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for potential clients.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant information on prospects, leads, and sales activities.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with business development, technical, and product teams to align marketing strategies with customer needs.
- **Performance Tracking**:
- Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities through analytics and provide regular updates to the team.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Background in electronics, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering is an advantage.
- **Skills and Attributes**:
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse teams and clients.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
