Job Responsibilities:

- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail accurately and promptly.

Open and sort incoming mail, ensuring that it is directed to the appropriate department or individual.

Maintain organized records of all incoming and outgoing mail, including tracking packages and deliveries.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and adhere to all security protocols.

Assist with the maintenance and organization of mailroom equipment, such as postage meters and mail sorting machines.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline mail processing procedures.

Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance standards related to mail processing and document handling.

Qualifications Requirements:
- H.S pass, Graduations and above with Basic Computer Knowledge,

Prior experience in mailroom operations, preferably within a banking or financial services environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
