Asense Herbals is looking for an energetic **Sales Executive** to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with a dynamic startup. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our chemical-free skincare products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients, including salons, beauty stores, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through direct selling and promotions.
- Organize and participate in product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Provide product information, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Record and report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies effectively.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent in any field (preferred).
- **1-2 years of sales experience**, preferably in skincare or beauty products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Passion for natural skincare and beauty products is a plus.
