Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative interior design concepts and present them to clients.
- Create detailed layouts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Prepare and review detailed drawings and specifications using design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design execution as per the approved plan.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technology in interior design.
- Address and resolve any design-related issues or challenges that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of creativity.
