**Role and responsibilities**
- Handle day to day accounting work independently like expenses verification, inward & outward invoice entry and review of accounts payable and receivable.
- Generate outward invoice as per work order.
- Do bank reconciliation, vendor account reconciliation and credit card accounts reconciliation.
- Ensure timely taxation compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax and Professional Tax) and timely statutory auditing.
- Manage vendor payments, employee payments as per funds availability.
- Prepare salary sheet and payslips of employees.
- Generate EPF & ESI related challan.
- Update the management on the latest statutory government compliances and get them done accordingly.
- Maintain daily stocks and all records like vouchers, receipts, bills, payments.
- Manage annual audits and review financial reports as required.
- Update financial status on a daily basis and share with management.

**Desired skills**:

- Must have knowledge in professional accounting.
- Must have knowledge in Tally Prime and advance excel.
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
