**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, invoices, and other event-related paperwork.
- Assist in vendor management - collecting quotations, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth communication.
- Support in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining calendars.
- Manage inventory records of event materials and office supplies.
- Provide administrative support during pre-event planning and post-event follow-ups.
- Handle basic financial data entry, billing, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of data.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Back Office Assistant, Office Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, especially during event seasons.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of event management processes.
- Basic understanding of accounting & billing.
- Experience with CRM or event management software.
