1. To meet existing HVAC consultants and Architects and share our company profile ( briefing them on projects executed in Hyderabad and other states ) and building confidence and convincing them in getting new projects.

2) To keep tract of all new projects in pipeline both government and private and initiate by checking eligibility criteria in quoting those jobs.

3) To keep check on all government tender on GEM portal and other private portals on daily basis.

4) To do all costing of new project JCA's to be quoted by getting competitive prices from vendors and negotiating final prices once project is awarded.

5) To prepare MIS on monthly basis and update sales report on weekly basis, giving details of projects in pipeline, quoted jobs and status.

6) To appraise branch head on enquires generated and conduct meetings with clients as an when required.

7) to have excellent communication skills in english and preferable Telugu( local language ).

8) Minimum of 3- 5 years experience in project sales and casual service sales.

9) To be flexible on working hours if required after office hours also.

10) Be punctual and adjustable to work atmosphere.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
