**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Explain product or service features and benefits to customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update regularly in CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and conduct timely callbacks to close deals.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections and negotiate with customers to convert leads into sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and support during and after the sales process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or sales is a plus.
- Fluency in [Insert required languages].
