**In this dynamic position, you will play a key role in supporting our logistics operations by handling both financial and logístical tasks.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts**:

- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing
- Generate reports on logistics-related financial activities
- **Logistics**:

- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Track and trace shipments
- Manage carrier relationships and negotiate rates
- Assist with customs clearance procedures (if applicable)
- Maintain and update logistics databases
- Identify and resolve any logístical discrepancies

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with logistics software a plus
