Research and build a strong pipeline of potential customers using tools, platforms, and market intelligence.
- Qualify prospects using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Engage with customers and decision-makers through calls, campaigns, and referrals to uncover new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and procurement decision-makers in IT/ITeS domains.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel, tracking leads through to closure.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT/ITeS solutions.
- Own the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to opportunity hand-off.
- Work closely with internal sales teams, business units, and sales specialists to ensure alignment and opportunity conversion.
- Collaborate with OEMs to develop sales strategies, provide technical insights, and present tailored solutions to clients.
- Accurately capture and update customer interactions and lead data in the CRM system daily.
- Maintain regular sales activity reports and pipeline status updates.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify market opportunities and strategic advantages.
- Analyze customer buying patterns to recommend relevant solutions and add-on services.
- Take ownership of customer renewals and ongoing account development.
- Suggest new solutions and upsell opportunities based on customer history and requirements.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and business mindset can apply.
