**Job Title: Hindi Teacher**

The Hindi Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering effective lessons to students, ensuring their development in Hindi language skills, including speaking, reading, and writing. They will foster a love for Hindi literature and culture, encourage critical thinking, and tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, and literature.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching techniques into lessons.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Regularly assess and monitor students' progress through tests, quizzes, and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain discipline and manage classroom activities effectively.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Contribute to the design and revision of the Hindi curriculum.
- Incorporate cultural and literary elements to enrich student understanding.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to stay updated on teaching methodologies and language trends.
- Collaborate with other teachers and participate in staff meetings.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Organize and participate in language-related activities, competitions, and cultural events.
- Encourage students to explore Hindi literature and participate in debates, essay writing, and drama.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate student records and prepare progress reports.
- Communicate with parents regarding student performance and areas of improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching qualification.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Hindi language and literature.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Organizational and time-management skills.

**Experience**:

- Prior teaching experience in Hindi (preferred).
- Experience with modern teaching tools and methods is an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
