**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development & Lesson Planning**:

- Develop lesson plans that align with school curriculum standards.
- Integrate activities that improve students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Hindi.
- Choose appropriate textbooks, reading materials, and resources related to Hindi language and literature.

**Instruction**:

- Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and linguistic skills.
- Conduct lessons on Hindi literature, including poetry, prose, and short stories.
- Teach creative writing, comprehension, and composition in Hindi.
- Promote effective communication and encourage fluency in Hindi.

**Assessment & Feedback**:

- Regularly assess students’ progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills.
- Keep track of student performance and provide progress reports.

**Classroom Management**:

- Create and maintain a conducive learning environment.
- Manage classroom discipline and encourage active student participation.
- Foster an inclusive atmosphere where all students are encouraged to speak and practice Hindi.

**Student Support**:

- Provide additional support for students who struggle with Hindi language concepts.
- Motivate students to develop an interest in Hindi literature and culture.
- Organize language-related activities, such as debates, storytelling sessions, and cultural events.

**Professional Development**:

- Participate in school meetings, workshops, and conferences to enhance teaching skills.
- Stay updated on educational trends, new teaching techniques, and advancements in Hindi literature.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (if required by the region or school).
- Strong command of the Hindi language, including grammar, syntax, and literature.
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

**Skills**:

- Ability to engage students with varying language proficiency levels.
- Strong knowledge of Hindi language and literature.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Proficiency in using educational technology (if applicable).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
