**Responsibilities**:

- Manages full recruitment life cycle
- Attracts applicants by placing job posts on various social platforms
- Determines and evaluates applicant's qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arranges management / technical interviews by coordinating schedules
- Closes offers post salary negotiations and keeping in mind the budgets for the open positions

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in technology recruiting, preferably with experience in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and programming languages.
- Demonstrated success in managing a high performing team
- Experience in talent acquisition for a mid/large global company within the IT/Technology industry.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Experience with Linkedin hiring is must
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
