**Role Overview**: As a Deal Origination Associate at Nucleo, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging with potential investment opportunities through multi-channel outreach. You will collaborate closely with founders, investors, and internal teams to build and maintain a robust deal pipeline. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where hustle, organization, and persistence are key to success

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deal Sourcing & Outreach**:

- Identify and engage with startups, founders, and investors to source high-potential investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong CRM pipeline of potential investment opportunities.
- Research and qualify startups based on financials, market fit, and growth potential.
- **Relationship Management & Partnerships**:

- Develop and nurture relationships with founders, VC firms, accelerators, and angel networks.
- Work closely with wealth management firms to introduce new investment opportunities.
- Represent Nucleo at startup events, investor summits, and networking meetups.
- **Due Diligence & Analysis**:

- Conduct initial screening of investment opportunities and assess business models.
- Coordinate with the investment team for more in-depth financial due diligence.
- Prepare and present deal memos and reports with structured insights.
- **Internal Coordination & Process Optimization**:

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and investment teams to enhance deal flow.
- Maintain structured databases and CRM updates for seamless tracking.
- Continuously refine outreach and deal evaluation processes to improve efficiency.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in **Finance, Business, or related fields**).
- **Experience**:1-2 years** in deal origination, business development, investment banking, or related roles.
- **Skills**:

- **Understanding of financial statements** and **startup funding structures** is a plus.
- Prior exposure to **fintech, investment banking**, or **venture capital** is preferred.
