- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction in all food and beverage areas.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as needed.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality control checks on food and beverage items.
- Implement measures to ensure consistency in quality across all outlets.

**Collaboration with Other Departments**:

- Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping, front office, and maintenance to ensure smooth overall operations.
- Participate in regular staff meetings to enhance communication and collaboration.

**Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs within the team and organize relevant training programs.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment that encourages growth and development.

**Event Planning and Execution**:

- Coordinate and supervise special events, banquets, and conferences held at the resort.
