Location Pollachi Tamil Nadu Salary 13 000 to 14 000 month Experience 1-3 years in food beverage or dairy microbiology preferred Qualification B Sc M Sc in Microbiology Food Tech Biotech or DMLT with microbiology focus Languages Tamil Hindi English About the Company This role is with a growing beverage manufacturing company based in Tamil Nadu focused on producing high-quality coconut water and allied products The facility supports both its own branded lines and white-label manufacturing for partner brands The unit is undergoing quality system upgrades and export readiness processes aiming to meet both domestic and international standards of food safety and product innovation About the Role Join a fast-growing beverage manufacturing team that s building world-class coconut based products We re looking for a QC Microbiology Associate to run our factory lab and ensure every batch meets gold-standard food safety hygiene and microbial quality norms If you re passionate about food safety lab work and want hands-on experience in a live production environment this is for you What You ll Do Lab Work Test food water samples for microbial load and contamination Run daily swab hygiene and environmental tests Handle culturing plating incubation and colony counting Use lab equipment incubators autoclaves laminar airflow pH meters pipettes Compliance Cleanliness Follow SOPs and PPE strictly Maintain logs for temperature humidity and cleaning Support internal and external audits FSSAI ZED HACCP Flag hygiene non-compliance or test failures immediately Reporting Coordination Prepare daily QC logs and basic lab reports Coordinate with production and quality supervisors Track trends in test results and flag anomalies Be a team player during batch processing and packaging days What You Must Have Solid grip on food microbiology lab techniques Hands-on experience with pH meters incubators autoclaves laminar airflow micropipettes Good hygiene practices and a sense of responsibility Willingness to work flexible shifts and high-speed environments Bonus If You Have Basic knowledge of HACCP GMP Prior work experience in a food or beverage lab Can communicate clearly with both lab and production teams Comfortable using Google Sheets or digital QC logs Why Join Us Work directly on real products being sold to Indian and global markets Learn how a modern beverage unit operates from the ground up Be part of a young purpose-driven team building something fresh and exciting Opportunity to grow into QA QC leadership roles as we expand Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 14 000 00 per month Work Location In person
